Deliveries
We are a Dubai based company but we deliver worldwide using well established courier partners. The rates are determined by the weight, shipping method, and delivery address of the order. We aim to provide you with the lowest possible cost for shipping while ensuring that you receive your order in a timely and secure manner. Rates and times are shown at checkout. Below is an estimate only.
GCC and Middle East:
If you are ordering from the GCC and Middle East please see below as we have dedicated printers in this area to reduce shipping costs and times. Please order from the main collection. We have complete quality control over this, so buy with assurance. You can also order from here globally but the shipping times and costs will vary greatly.
Our shipping costs within UAE are AED 16 + VAT only. For GCC shipping rates vary from AED 35 to AED 45. For other parts of the Middle East and rest of the world shipping rates vary. More details on exact rates are available on product pages and will also be provided upon store set up.
Please note that some locations may have additional sales tax, duties and/or customs charges. These are charged by the relevant authorities in the destination country and is payable by the receiver/customer at the time of delivery. If fees are not paid, your order may be returned to us or continued to be held by the Customs or Government or other authority in the country of deliverance.
Delivery Timelines
We process and ship out all complete orders within 2-4 working days of receiving them. Shipping times are dependent on region. Below are average shipping times for each region based on courier provided information and our own experience. Note this may change from time-to-time depending on our courier partners and seasonalities.

Rest of the World
We ship worldwide using a network of global printers. Whilst we endeavor to ensure the quality is top notch and this is usually the case we also don't have entire oversight of the process, although we dfo have a robust replacement policy for any goods falling short of what is expected.
Below is a table with estimated shipping costs and times. Quickest delivery times are US based where the majority of our printers are based and then international.

Other Shipping Terms
Immortal Bloodlines will not deal, ship to or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE if ordered from GCC and Middle East collection.
