1) Who are Immortal Bloodlines?

- We are a family run small business that produces unique clothing and accessories that draws inspiration from mythology, history and the supernatural. The brand centres on legendary characters who have forged their legacies through extraordinary deeds, becoming immortalized in the process. Each collection within Immortal Bloodlines tells a distinct story, weaving together elements of the character's backstory with powerful messages that resonate through the designs, offering the wearer a chance to connect with the legends that shaped history and mythology. 2) What types of products do you offer?

- We offer clothing, accessories and limited edition collections. We offer this across a range of different products but our main focus is on daily wear such as tee shirts, hoodies and jumpers. However, we hope to expand our lines in the near future.

3) What styles of Tee Shirts are available and how do they fit?

- We offer a slim/muscle fit, a standard size and an oversized tee shirt. We can produce our designs on any of these so if its not listed on the website, just let me know via our Contact Us page and I will ensure to design and list it for your purchase. The tee shirts generally are true to size with maybe being slightly on the narrow side. All tee shirts and clothing will have a size chart imbedded in the description. 

4) How long does shipping take?

- This will be dependant on where you live. Typically shipping to the US and UK/Europe is quicker. We have a dedicated Middle East and GCC printer who can ship quickly to this part of the world also. However, shipping will be calculated and estimated at the checkout. Longest shipping we have encountered was 3 weeks but the shortest could be a couple of days. 

5) Can I customize designs?

- Yes! We would love that. Either send us your design or send us your ideas and we will work with you to make a design. If you like something that you cannot find exactly on the website again speak to us and we will do what we can to get you what you want.

6) Do you ship internationally?

- Yes we do. Wherever you are we have a solution. 

7) What are the shipping rates?

- Again depending on where you live and your courier/postal service options. Rates will be shown at the checkout. However, we cannot have full control over customs and excise rates or if the delivery service has charges beyond our control. 

8) What is your return/refund policy?

- Please see the refund and returns page at the bottom of the website. 

9) Can I cancel or change my order? 

- Unfortunately not, this is because each tee shirt is printed individually once ordered. Therefore, your product would have already been printed and be on its way to ou which would make canceling or changing difficult. Additionally, to change or cancel you would have to send us the product back which may be cost prohibitive from your side with shipping. 

10) Are there any discounts or promotions?

- We will be running various discounts and promotions from time to time yes. 

11) How do I care for my clothing?

- All tee shirts will have care labels in them. Please look at these. Be advised, due to the nature of print, some prints can become vintage looking over time. This will be expeditated if the correct care isn't taken. 

12) What payment methods do you accept?

- We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Paypal. We also accept Apple Pay. 

13) How can I track my order?

- Please tick the tracking option when ordering at checkout. This will avail you of tracking updates which will provide you with an email to track all orders.
